We went to Des Moines last weekend to see Joe and his team, Drake defeat Eastern Illinois 3-1! Their record is now 10-2 for the best season for the team. We enjoyed the crisp evening game. Ralph also had some luck at Prairie Meadows Sat. afternoon.
SECRET LIFE OF BEES MOVIE
Ellen and friends went to see the Secret Life of Bees on Friday. It was a great movie but, of course the book was better. Dakota Fanning did a great job. I predict she will be nominated for an Academy Award for it.
